Project & Change Management
The Project & Change Management Community is responsible for delivering change on behalf of the business, putting together the projects that
help keep our products, our services and our processes ahead of the competition. Teams are accountable for ensuring projects are closely aligned to
the day to day goals of the business, are delivered on time and bring the promised benefits.
Our teams include Programme Managers, Project and Senior Project Managers, as well as Business Change Analysts. They work very closely with their
counterparts in IT and with key business sponsors to understand the implications of new initiatives, influence strategy and drive delivery of the major
change programmes. Whether it's a cost saving project that involves teams from Risk, or a new IT build, with matrix teams in place we can gain the
broadest possible understanding of the improvements that will take us even further.
The key locations for these roles are Halifax, Leeds, Bristol, Aylesbury and Cardiff.
