Customer Service, Sales and Management

Our sales, customer service and call centre teams offer a range of different challenges and career paths.

Our Sales Agents work in target-driven teams, are highly motivated and enjoy the fast pace of a busy call centre environment. To support these teams, we need Team Leaders and Managers, who have a range of operational and technical management skills, including resource planning, training and development, supplier liaison and operational management.

We also have Customer Service Representatives working within many different areas, ensuring we deliver a service to our customers that goes above and beyond their expectations.

Some of these roles support parts of our mortgage businesses, where we have received prestigious 'five star service' awards two years running at the Financial Adviser Awards. It is crucial that we maintain these customer service standards, and provide a consistently excellent level of service to all our customers, whatever the reason for their contact with us.

Our key customer service locations are Copley, Nottingham, Aylesbury, Bristol, Halifax, Leeds, Purley, Jersey, Wolverhampton, Isle of Man, Birmingham and Preston.
