TOTAL REWARD

The benefits of working here don't just end with a salary. Instead, all our benefits come together to form a package we call 'Total Reward'. Designed to make you better off in lots of different ways, it's based on two key areas:

  • Flexibility – our Flex package gives you the option of tailoring your benefits package to suit your individual needs.

Salary

We pay good basic salaries and review pay ranges every year to ensure we remain competitive. You'll have an annual performance review with the opportunity to increase your basic salary earnings.

Bonus

In addition to your salary, you can earn a bonus that is broken into percentages based on individual and company performance.

Pension

When you join, you'll automatically become a member of our Group Money Purchase Pensions Scheme, unless you choose not to do so. As a member of the Scheme, you'll pay contributions into your individual retirement account and we'll make additional contributions on your behalf.

Life Assurance

Your nominated beneficiaries will receive a lump sum of 4 times your salary.

Holidays

You'll enjoy a generous holiday entitlement of between 22 and 30 days, dependent upon your role and length of service, in addition to Bank Holidays.

Private Medical Insurance

This is available to colleagues in some roles. Additional cover can be purchased through Flex for a spouse and/or family.

Company Cars

We offer a comprehensive list of company vehicles to essential car users and to colleagues in certain roles. You can 'Flex' your choice of vehicles, trade up to a more expensive car, or trade down and receive the balance in cash.

Flex

We offer an exclusive benefits package offering great discounts and big tax and National Insurance savings on a wide range of benefits including gym membership, shopping vouchers, mobile telephones, bicycles, various health and wellbeing services and more! The great thing about Flex is that you can choose benefits to suit your lifestyle and needs each year. For example, you can exchange some of your salary for a new mobile telephone, or you may wish to give up some of your benefits in return for extra cash.

We offer discounts, subject to financial status where appropriate, on a range of our financial products. We have also negotiated great discounts for our colleagues on many top high street brands and services – from leisure and travel to home and electrical.

Share buy

This lets you buy Lloyds Banking Group PLC shares from your gross salary, giving you big tax and NI savings if you keep the shares for five years. You can either make a monthly or a one-off investment, up to £1,500 or 10% of your salary (whichever is lower) each tax year. Share buy is really flexible too – join when you want and change your investment any time.
