Product teams are responsible for the research, analysis, development, delivery and strategic direction of all the retail products that make our customers’ lives easier. Whether it’s a new bank or savings account, mortgage, credit card or personal loan, we pride ourselves on pinpointing customer needs and giving them exactly what they want. The teams work closely with marketing colleagues in a cross-functional partnership to develop insights, capitalise on regulatory and financial environment changes, and constantly improve the business. There is a strong emphasis on analytical skills for a wide range of roles in Business Development & Strategy Planning; Product Management & Development; and Commercial & Portfolio Management.
