What the job involves

As a crucial part of our sales team, you will take calls from customers who are thinking of switching their mortgage, and use your listening and relationship building skills – not to mention your knowledge of our products – to persuade them to stay. You’ll get to the bottom of why the customer is switching, whether it’s because they have found an alternative or are dissatisfied with their current product, and take them through the options for rectifying the problem.

What we expect from you

You’ll need a real passion for customer service, relationship building and negotiation – although you don’t necessarily need sales experience as we’ll give you all the training you need. Comfortable working to targets, you will relish the challenge of winning people around and changing their point of view.

What you can expect from us

In return you can expect a salary of up to £18,750 – well above average for call centre roles – plus unlimited bonus potential.
