What the job involves
You'll call existing customers and introduce new products and services to them. If the customer is interested you'll take the customer through a product at a time and pace that's comfortable for them, always checking back information to make sure they understand what they're signing up for.
What we expect from you
Although you'll be passionate about meeting your targets, you'll show integrity at all times and will never sell a customer an unsuitable product - preferring to find a fitting alternative instead. As for sales experience, it's a bonus, not a necessity - because apart from a great telephone manner and basic computer knowledge, having the right attitude is what really counts.
