What the job involves
As one of our customer sales consultants, you will be working in one of our Inbound Sales, Mortgage Sales or Outbound Sales departments. Full of drive, motivation and ambition, you will use your listening and sales skills to build a rapport with our customers, listen to their specific needs – which will always be unique to them – and then match them with a product that's right for them. These roles aren't about selling at any cost. They're about creating a relationship of trust and confidence and meeting customer's needs through the careful selection of personal finance products, whether it's a mortgage, loan or insurance.
What we expect from you
Enthusiasm and drive are needed as this is both a customer service and sales role. Communication and interpersonal skills are a must to build rapport with the customer. You will be working to time, volume and productivity targets within a competitive environment, whilst adhering to the risk, statutory and regulatory requirements that apply to the role.
