Your aim is to sell a loan whether it's for home improvements, a holiday, a new car, or to consolidate existing finance. With your skill and insight you'll match the best solution to suit your customers' needs and circumstances along with selling Payment Protection Insurance to protect your customers' lifestyle.
Customer Contact Unit
You'll be making outgoing calls to existing customers, to arrange appointments at their nearest branch for them to discuss their personal circumstances with a Financial Advisor. The customers will be expecting a call, as you'll be calling on the back of letter that was sent to them. Your aim is to encourage the customers to attend the appointment and explain the benefits of attending.
Multi-skill

Your aim is to sell a range of products from Personal Loans along with Payment Protection Insurance to protect your customers' lifestyle, Credit Cards, Bank and Savings Accounts. With your skill and insight you will match the best solution to suit your customers' needs and circumstances.
