Rapport building is an essential part of the role as is being friendly and upbeat. You'll be taking incoming calls from customers who hold a HBOS credit card, dealing with queries varying from paying their bill to setting up direct debits and arranging to increase credit limits, not forgetting to advise customers of other appropriate HBOS products going that extra mile and delivering a first class service. These are but a few of the general queries you could deal with on a daily basis making for a varied and exciting day.
