As the voice of HBOS you will be taking incoming calls from existing customers and dealing with a variety of enquiries that could be anything from paying bills, booking appointments with their local branch, providing balances on current accounts to transferring money overseas. You'll be working to high standards already set, ensuring customers are offered any other beneficial products to make sure we continue to provide a first class service.

Savings

Working for the UK's No 1 for Savings, you will be taking calls from customers with a wide range of queries. During a typical day you could be transferring funds from savings accounts to other accounts internally and externally, looking out for opportunities to offer customers better savings accounts and offering reviews, utilising quality prompts to promote other products and offering customers the best accounts for the investments they want to make.

Online

These days the likelihood is you will be using an online service to manage your own accounts. Whether it be your bank account, credit card or savings account you want access to your accounts at a click of a button. Within the online team, you'll be helping customers with their online access and dealing with subsequent queries varying from helping set-up online access for the first time to educating customers on how to make the most out of the online facility. Promoting other products and services along the way to ensure high quality lead generation, is also a key part of your role.
