We want to extend our exceptional customer service to you from your very first day within the company. So how will we do that? We'll do it through our extensive training programmes. Once you have accepted your job offer and agreed a start date the next step is your training – and that's where your exciting and rewarding journey begins.

Step 1 - Your Foundation Training

On your first day, you’ll be met by a member of our training team. They’ll help you become familiar with your new surroundings and gain an understanding of what is expected of you. Then there’s technology and systems training and constant refreshers on the skills needed to take a call.

As you are working for a financial institution you will also be required to complete regulatory training during this period. This will include the chance to do research along with your other colleagues to find out about the products and services we offer our customers.

Step 2 – Your Product Specific Training

Over the next few weeks you’ll receive in-depth training on the systems, knowledge and skills relating to a specific product area. The timescale is dependant on the product area you’re working in and whether you've selected to work full-time or part-time hours. Either way, we’ll make sure you have everything you need for your first live call.

Step 3 – Time in the Development Centre

You’re now ready to begin taking live calls with the support of your new team and Team Manager. But it doesn’t stop there, we’ll continue to develop your confidence and performance as you’ll receive call coaching and be given constant feedback. And once in your team, you'll also receive Sales Training that will help you maximise business opportunities and hit those targets.

Throughout your training your trainer will check your progress and agree with you what further support is needed. Then you’ll be presented with a certificate to show you’ve successfully completed the training – because we believe in celebrating your success!

Step 4 - Ongoing Training & Development

Training isn’t limited to your first few weeks with us. Following your initial training your Team Manager will provide further ongoing coaching and support. Through monthly performance and development reviews you will both agree clear objectives, to help you achieve your targets and enhance your performance, identifying if and when you may be ready for further challenges.

The Training Team work hard at making learning enjoyable. We offer a wide range of training methods to cater for all learning styles. So you’re guaranteed to have fun along the way!
