I begin my day by checking my previous day’s figures to see if I had a good or bad day and what I need to improve on. I then take calls throughout the day and look for opportunities to sell other products using conversational selling.

It’s a really rewarding role and knowing that a customer is going away happy with a new and improved product and that I have sold and saved them money makes me feel good - especially if they only called to check balance of their account. It’s also rewarding when an angry customer calls saying that they want to take their accounts elsewhere and I calm them, reassure them and retain their business.
