Answering calls promptly, you’ll transact customer-servicing activities in line with published procedures and always ensure that customer service level agreements and productivity targets are met. You might be dealing with a range of people, from individual customers to financial advisors who sell HBOS products. A natural communicator, your ability to quickly build relationships with customers will help you to deliver high quality customer service across a range of products.
