My current role involves dealing with existing and higher loss claims within General Insurance.

I love the fact that I work for a large company with good prospects with plenty of opportunities for development. You can see all internal job vacancies on our colleague website. I also have one-to-one meetings to discuss my progression - to celebrate what I'm delivering well and also where I can improve. I enjoy the level of coaching, feedback and support I’m receiving as I aim to move into a role in management.

There is a great team ethos here which means you don’t have to rely on your Manager solely for support, you also get support from your team. But it’s worth adding that individual achievements aren’t lost in this environment – I still feel that my personal efforts are noticed and rewarded here.
