I was working in the fitness industry for a number of years, until I got a little older (and unable to recover quite so quickly!). Then I moved into sales, before joining HBOS to further my career. I’d heard really good things about the way they look after their colleagues and the good reputation they have for reward.

Everyday is different – I have no idea what policy queries I will be answering or who I will be talking to - which is what makes the role so interesting.

There is on-going coaching and support throughout your career; you’re always being encouraged to be the best you can. There is no pressure to progress, but the opportunities are there if you want them. The training is fantastic and you’re never thrown in at the deep end because there is so much support.

At HBOS I really feel valued for my contribution.
