Within our Sales function our Sales Professionals are dedicated to communicating with our 25 million existing customers
and reaching new ones. This is a fast-paced sales environment where the buzz and the energy are only equalled by the levels of friendliness
and support as everyone works towards achieving their targets.
Inbound Sales
Inbound Sales & Enquiries Centre
The first point of contact for customers who want to apply for a Personal Loan or need help with an enquiry. This Centre has the ability
to quickly build a rapport with callers will help them find the right solution to meet customers’ needs.
Settlements Retention Unit
Customers will call asking for a settlement figure; the challenge for this Unit is to provide great service and answer their questions, but at
the same time retain their business.
Inbound Call Centre
This team deals with Personal Loan enquiries and follow up calls from customers who have already applied online. Insightful questions help
them to provide a complete service and meet the customers needs.
Inbound Sales Multi-Skilled
When a customer calls asking for a review their accounts, this team needs to have excellent product knowledge and be an advocate for any new
products if they are to find the right solution to match customers’ lifestyles.
Outbound Sales
Outbound Sales
Making calls to our customers, this function builds rapport with customers, asks insightful questions and identifies the buying signals that not
only enable them to sell a loan but also other HBOS products.
Customer Contact Unit
This team arranges convienient appointments for existing customers to discuss their personal circumstances with a Financial Advisor. The
customers will be expecting a call; this team explain the benefits of attending the appointment.
Multi-skill
The aim of this division is to contact potential and existing customers to sell a range of products, varying from Personal Loans to Savings
Accounts, Credit Cards to Payment Protection Insurance. With skill and insight they match the best solution to customers' needs and circumstances.
