of household insurance. Our products include household, travel, repayment, health and pet insurance, and are available through our retail branch network,
dedicated insurance sales centres and the internet. We also underwrite, administer and manage claims for a number of third party clients including Sainsburys and MBNA.
Customer Service & Claims
Our Customer Contact teams in Halifax and Nottingham, deal with 40,000 calls and 10,000 items of post every week. Customers contact us to amend their
policies, make claims or simply ask questions about renewals, payments and cover.

Customer Sales Consultants sell thousands of policies to new and existing Halifax and Bank of Scotland customers – and always without any cold calling.
